“The Moon Fox” by Amy Fontaine
Reviewed by Michelle Ristuccia
“The Moon Fox” by Amy Fontaine follows the antics of a magical white fox whose failed attempts to meet others’ ridiculous expectations eventually prompt him to remember that he is a magical moon fox. This short read makes its point abundantly clear: don’t bother bleating like a goat if you’re actually a fox. “The Moon Fox” appears under CRES’s category, ‘Stories for Young People 4 to 400.’
