Locavore” by Kim Harbridge

Reviewed by Mike Bickerdike

Set in present day Canada, “Locavore” by Kim Harbridge is a very short SF tale, providing a snapshot in the life of a predatory alien, in search of its next urgent feed. For such a short story, it’s quite entertaining, hinting at the nature of the protagonist hunter without indulging in unnecessary detail. For those who have read it, this short piece may remind readers of Joe Haldeman’s novel Camouflage.
